Description

Quick Notes:

  • RPM long rod ends replace Traxxas stock #5525
  • Requires stock Traxxas pivot balls

The same engineering that made RPM Rod Ends for Associated and Losi vehicles some our best selling RPM parts for over 2 decades has gone into the creation of RPM Rod Ends for Traxxas 1/10th scale vehicles. These rod ends are tough! The area around the ball stud is thicker than the stock rod end while still allowing a full range of motion of the pivot ball. Additionally, the shank has been redesigned with a pair of flats, making the rod end much easier to work with (versus the stock, round shank). RPM rod ends are sold in sets of twelve to complete most vehicle needs.

RPM Rod Ends cover a wide range of currently available Traxxas vehicles including all versions of the following: Slash 2wd, Slash 4×4, Summit, T-Maxx, E-Maxx, Revo, e-Revo, Slayer Pro 4×4, Stampede 4×4, Rustler 4×4, Rustler VXL, Jato and Bandit VXL.

Tech Notes: RPM long rod ends replace Traxxas stock #5525. Sold without pivot balls. Stock Traxxas pivot balls are required for completion.

About RPM Products
RPM was established in 1974 as a plastic mold making and injection molding facility. Many of the first high tolerance, precision molded parts built by RPM were for the commercial and medical industries, where accuracy is critical. It wasn’t until the mid 1980’s that RPM began designing parts for the R/C industry. These parts were of the same quality and precision that exist in the injection-molded parts we build to this day. Since RPM’s inception, we have expanded our mold making capacity by purchasing some of the best machine tools available. In addition, RPM has a complete injection molding facility in-house. Every single molded product made by RPM is conceived, designed, built and manufactured in our facility, right here in Chino, California USA! Very few manufacturers have the capabilities that RPM has for full in-house production. This ability to design, manufacture and produce our own products gives us the best possible quality control over our parts. Excellent quality control, in turn, gives our customers the best possible parts!
