RC-EST OÜ e-shop General Terms and Conditions
These RC-EST (hereinafter: e-shop) sales conditions apply to purchases from the RC-EST e-shop. The seller of the goods is RC-EST OÜ (hereinafter: the seller), Reg. no: 11282987, KMKR no: EE101076454, address: Aroonia 2, 50411 Tartu, telephone +372 5010890 , e-mail address toomas@rc-est.ee .
The terms and conditions apply to legal relationships between all persons (hereinafter: the customer) and the seller when purchasing goods through the e-store. The seller has the right to change and supplement the conditions unilaterally at any time by publishing the new conditions at the internet address https://rc-est.ee/ . The customer can familiarize himself with the terms and conditions before making a purchase, and the customer agrees to the terms and conditions when making a purchase from the e-store. In addition to the terms and conditions, the legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia apply to making a purchase from the e-store.
RC-EST OÜ is entitled to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and price list due to the development of the e-store and in the interests of better and safer use of the e-store. Changes and additions to the conditions and price list are announced via the website www.rc-est.ee , and changes and additions to the conditions and price list take effect upon publication of the corresponding change or addition on the website. If you submitted your order before the changes to the terms and conditions entered into force, the legal relationship between you and RC-EST OÜ will be subject to the terms and conditions that were valid at the time you submitted the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms and conditions.
- Price
2.1. The prices of the e-shop are valid in Clause 4.3 of the Terms and Conditions. within the stipulated invoice payment term.
2.2. All prices include VAT 20%.
2.3. The price of the products purchased by you includes a fee for transportation, the amount of which depends on you
of the selected mode of transport and will be agreed separately. - Shopping cart and ordering
3.1. Your shopping cart is created the moment you click on the “Add to Cart” link.
3.2. To complete the order, click on the “Order” link. You will be redirected to the order confirmation page. To complete the order, you need to create a user account or log in if you already have a user account (Registered user).
3.3. Before confirming the Order, select the transport method that suits you and click on the “Continue” button. If you want to specify or change the address, press “Change address”. If you want to add us any additional information or special requests regarding the delivery of the goods, you can enter it in the comments box. Press “Continue” to confirm the order. Then check the correctness of the goods and the address again and press “Confirm” to confirm the order. After confirming the Order, we will specify the suitability of the transport option based on the size of the goods and send you an invoice by e-mail.
3.4. Be careful when entering data, because the fast and trouble-free delivery of the products you have purchased depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.
3.5. The contract for the sale of products is deemed to have been concluded (the contract enters into force) upon receipt of the full amount due according to the invoice to the current account of RC-EST OÜ. - Payment for products
4.1. Make the payment in the bank that suits you based on the invoice that we have sent to you as confirmation of the order by e-mail. Before paying the invoice, please check that the information contained in the invoice corresponds to the request contained in your order.
4.2. You can pay for products:
4.2.1. through Internet banking
4.2.2. In another way suitable for you (e.g. at a bank office, with a payment machine).
4.3. The invoice submitted for the products is paid in full according to the payment deadline indicated on the invoice.
4.4. Your order and invoice will be canceled if you have not paid the amount indicated on the invoice by the deadline specified on the invoice and do not respond to the reminders sent by us within 7 days, counting from the time you received or should have received the reminder, or if the contact information you provided is incorrect and you are not cannot be contacted because of this.
The customer pays for the goods in the payment environments offered by the seller or by bank transfer based on the invoice. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information given in the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual wishes. The customer pays the sales price of the goods and the delivery fee in full in advance for the order. Upon receipt of the order, the seller sends a confirmation and invoice to the customer by e-mail. The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters into force from the receipt of the entire purchase amount paid by the customer to the seller’s current account or the used payment environment.

Billing is done in euros (€). Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB.
RC-EST OÜ is the controller of personal data, we transfer the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
Delivery and handover of products
5.1. After the Agreement enters into force in accordance with Clause 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions. the products will be delivered to you based on the data specified by you when placing the order.
5.2. In the event that the product ordered by you is not in stock and it must be ordered from a special supplier, and it is obvious that the delivery of the product within the delivery period specified in the product description is not possible, and in other cases when the timely delivery of the products is not possible under circumstances for which RC-EST OÜ is not responsible, we will inform you of this via the contact phone number or e-mail that you notified when placing the order within 3 working days from the entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with Clause 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions. and we will also inform you of the delivery deadline for the product you ordered. In the event that you lose interest in purchasing the product due to a longer deadline for product delivery, you have the right to cancel your order (see 6.3. in detail) and the amount you paid (including the cost of transportation) will be returned to you.
5.3. Please ensure the correctness of the contact information provided when placing the order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. RC-EST OÜ is not responsible for product delivery delays and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by you when placing the order.
Cancelling orders and returning products
6.1. After receiving the products, you have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the products. If the products do not suit you, you have the right to withdraw from your order and return the purchased products within 14 days after the delivery of the products, by sending a message to the e-mail address of RC-EST OÜ with the invoice number and your current account number.
6.2. In the event of cancellation of the order in the case specified in clause 4.4 or in the case of withdrawal from the order in the case specified in clause 6.2, the amount paid for the purchase (including shipping costs) will be returned to you to the bank account indicated by you within 14 days at the latest from the cancellation of the order or the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the order, except in clause 6.3 of these terms and conditions. in the specified cases.
6.3. If the product to be returned is unused and in its original packaging with all accompanying items, RC-EST OÜ has the right to set off the decrease in the value of the product against the amount paid by you for the product and due to be returned to you. For settlement, RC-EST OÜ will send you a settlement statement to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. If you do not agree with the decrease in value shown in the offset notice, you have the right to engage an independent expert to determine the decrease in value of the product. The expenses related to the expertise shall be paid by the person ordering the expertise, except in the case where the position of one of the parties turns out to be unfounded. In such a case, the costs related to the expertise shall be borne by the party whose position was apparently unfounded.
Warranty and return of non-compliant products
7.1. Due to the nature of the products, the products do not have a warranty for use, unless the product description states otherwise than in this clause.
7.2. RC-EST OÜ is not responsible for:
7.2.1. Your fault for product deterioration/damage.
7.2.2. For defects that have arisen as a result of improper use of the product.
7.2.3. For normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
7.3. If you discover non-compliance of the product or defects in the product, send a corresponding message to the e-mail address of RC-EST OÜ.
7.4. In addition to the rights arising from the warranty, you also have other rights arising from the law.
Responsibility and force majeure
8.1. RC-EST OÜ is responsible to you and you are responsible to RC-EST OÜ to the other party for the damage caused by the violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8.2. RC-EST OÜ is not responsible for damages caused to you or for delays in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to a circumstance that RC-EST OÜ could not influence or the occurrence of which RC-EST OÜ did not foresee and could not have foreseen ( force majeure).
Other conditions
9.1. All personal data of the customer that becomes known in the course of visiting the e-store and making purchases is treated as confidential information. RC-EST OÜ does not disclose the information it has received to a third party.
9.2. If desired, the visitor has the right to request the deletion of his data from the e-store database by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address of RC-EST OÜ.
9.3. Issues not resolved separately in these conditions are based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.4. Disputes arising between you and RC-EST OÜ in connection with the ordering and purchase of products through the e-store will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, you have the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or the Tartu County Court for the protection of your rights. Disputes are settled based on the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
