Tamiya 1/14 Scania 770 S 4×2

Following Item 56368 (1/14 R/C Scania 770S 6×4) and Item 56371 (1/14 R/C Scania 770S 8×4/4), Tamiya welcomes the Scania 770 S 4×2 to 1/14 Tractor Truck Series.

This R/C model assembly kit recreates the Scania 770 S 4×2, a two-axle, high-roof heavy trailer head equipped with a 16.4-liter V8 turbo engine capable of 770hp, added in 2020 to the Swedish manufacturer Scania’s top-grade S Series. The high-roof form is faithfully captured in style with roof high bar and LED light bar, horns, nameboard, drop visor, bullbar, low bar and side bars, letting you create a customized truck like those trendy in Europe.

Its ladder frame features aluminum side channels with resin cross members, and power from the front-mounted motor is delivered to the rear axle via a 3-speed transmission and propeller shaft – gear changes are enabled with the use of a separately available 4-channel transmitter. Pair this model with a separately sold Multi-Function Control unit for coordinated lights, sounds and more!

About the Model

• This is a 1/14 scale R/C model assembly kit. Length: 469mm, width: 193mm, height: 315mm (excluding side mirrors, antenna, etc.). Wheelbase: 272mm. (35mm longer than Item 56368. )
• The model authentically depicts the Scania 770S 4×2.
• Just like the actual vehicle, a single front steering, single rear-axle drive 4×2 chassis features a layout of motor and transmission positioned at front. 
• Features realistic depictions of accessory parts such as roof high bar with LED light bar, horns, name board, drop visor, bullbar, low bar and side bars. LEDs (sold separately) are also attachable.
• Choose between normal and customized versions. 
• New parts to recreate side skirts and auxiliary machinery are also included. 
• Interior parts such as modern-design dashboard and seats are included, and can be installed together with the Multi-Function Control Unit (Item 56523: MFC-03, sold separately) which offers light, sound, and vibration operation. 
• Assembly type 3-speed transmission allows gear changes via separately available 4-channel transmitter
• Compatible with a wealth of Tractor Truck Option Parts. 
• Includes a 1/14 scale driver figure.
